Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Quick Pay

When running quickpay for some employees the below error occurs

Error

 "Error encountered when processing assignment ******
  Assertion failure detected at location pyibccv:1
  Cause: an internal error has occurred at location pyibccv:1
  Action: please contact your Oracle customer representative"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run Quickpay for an employee
2. The above error raises.
