On : 12.2.6 version, General / Server
When attempting to cancel a part requirement reservation from MFS the following error occurs.

Error message - Your last transaction failed with following error message : Unknown Error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS
2.Select the task
3. select the parts requirement order
4. attempt to cancel
