When Creating Absence, 'Duration Hours' Will Be Overridden With No Warning (Doc ID 2691215.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an absence with with Hourly duration, then the 'Duration Hours' will be overridden if the user clicks using mouse, instead of tabs, into the 'Actual Start', 'Actual End' and 'Duration Hours' fields.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User expects to see the Caution message: The absence duration is hours is different from the length of time Absent. Continue?
And to be able to save with the manually entered hours.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS manager
2. People: enter and maintain>query employee
3. Other> Absence
4. Using mouse select: an Hourly Absence type, enter 'Actual Start', 'Actual End' and 'Duration Hours' fields
5. Save
6. The Duration field is auto-populated with Calculated Duration not the one entered by user

Note
If the user navigates using TABs then the application is throwing the message Caution message: The absence duration is hours is different from the length of time Absent. Continue? and then it saves successfully the manually entered duration
The scenario happens only for hourly Absence type
