Error While Submitting Charges From Service Request " No Currency Conversion Information Available" (Doc ID 2691422.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to change the currency from the default value in the Charges from the Service Request the following error is thrown

ERROR

No currency conversion information available.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Customer Support (R)
2) Service Request - Charges HTML
3) Attempt to change the Default currency for the pricelist
