New Relationship Plan to raise Alert is Displaying Alert Name rather than Message
Customer Relationship Action Window should display Message Text in Service Request Form
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Application Developer responsibility and Define new Message and run the concurrent Program Generate Messages
3. Go to Service Responsibility and Complete Setup for Process Definition, Action, and relationship plan all using the same name.
4. In the Relationship Plans Search Screen, search for the customer to which the plan is to be attached...Attach Relation Ship plan created to customer
5. Navigate to Service Request > Create Service Request
6.Enter Customer Name (for customer assigned to new relationship plan) Tab
Relationship Plan Alert is showing Message/Alert name rather than message content.
