Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying patch 31014475:R12.EAM.C, Activity fields (Activity Type, Activity Cause, Shutdown Type...) are not defaulted.
When users insert new Asset Activity Association in Create/Update mode of Asset Number in OAF, they can find any Asset Number by magnifying glass BUT NO PROPERTIES ARE FILLED from Master Activity. Users would need to fill all properties manually to save my changes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When users insert new Asset Activity Association in Create/Update mode of Asset Number in OAF, they should be able to find any Asset Number by magnifying glass and all properties for Master Activity (Activity Type, Activity Cause, Shutdown Type...) are filled. There is no need to fill in more properties manually.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User.
2. Click on Assets tab.
3. In the Update Asset page, select activity.
4. Activity details are not filled in automatically.
