On : 12.2.8 version, General Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- The Credit Scheduler responsibility allows a person to reassign Case Folders to other Credit Analysts for review. It also allows the Credit Scheduler to reassign Case Folders to no one (the NULL value) until the correct resource can be identified.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Expect a warning message or error when trying to assign case folder to a credit analyst.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Change to Credit Scheduler responsibility 2. Query the case folder and select it 3. If you do not select a credit analyst from the list of values, you can reassign to no one.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot find the case folder if they did not write down the number and it was assigned to no one.
