Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version
When attempting to Approve E-Signature
the following error occurs.

User ID - The signature process has failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Inventory > On hand > Update Lot > E-sign > give the SSO Userid and passsword and it fails.
