The History tab in HTML Service includes all contents regardless of which display format is selected
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The History Tab in HTML Service includes Display functionality where it should be possible to either view details such as Notes in Summary (displays 1st line of the Notes) or Detail (display the entire content of Notes).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Customer Support Specialist responsibility
3. Navigate to Agent Dashboard and Open any Service Request and go to History tab
Observe that The History tab in HTML Service includes all contents regardless of which display format(Detail/Summary) is selected
