ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax Lines and Distributions missing for AP invoice event though taxes are applied.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Lines and Distributions should be available for AP invoice when taxes are applied.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but has been observed with the following steps:
1. Login to Payables responsibility.
2. Go to Invoices > Entry > Invoices
3. Query for problematic invoice.
4. Notice that tax lines are missing.
