AME Multiple Approver Groups Using First-Responder-Wins In Workflow OKCREPMA Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2692576.1)

Issue occurs whenever there are multiple rules / approver groups in AME. Specifically when there is another rule after the First-Responder-Wins that generates another level of approval.

Example:

Case 1 that works ==> use 1 single rule in AME with First-Responder-Wins. One person of the First-Responder-Wins approves (Mrs Y) and the 2nd message is automatically closed (Mrs Z) and the workflow is completed.

Case 2 that does NOT work ==> use two rules / two Approve Groups in AME. 1st with First-Responder-Wins (Mrs Y and Mrs Z) and 2nd with just another single approver (Mr X). One person of the First-Responder-Wins approves (Mrs Y) and the 2nd message is left open (Mrs Z) and a new message is sent to Mr X. So now both Mrs Z and Mr X have a message to approve. This is incorrect.
