On : 12.2.9 version, Requisition Management

Profile option POR: Context value for Requisition header descriptive flexfield LOV returns no values

Trying to setup profile option POR: Context value for Requisition header descriptive flexfield, but the LOV is not returning any values even though we have the "Requisition Header" DFF defined.

The Requisition Header DFF was defined using the Global Data Elements Context, however it seems that the SQL defined for the profile option validation selects everything except the Global Data Element definition.

What is the functionality?
