Change Request Within "Need-By-Date" Auto-Approval Tolerances Still Routes Requisition to Next Approver (Doc ID 2692732.1)

Symptoms

Change Request for Requisition is raised (to change need-by-date), however, although Auto-Approval tolerances are set for that change, the requisition is still being routed to the next approver.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Change Request created against requisition changing the need by date several months in the future
  2. Requisition remains in approved status but an approval request is been sent for Manager although the change is with in the tolerance set for the need by date.
  3. Requester Change Order / Change Auto-Approval Tolerances for Requisitions have the following setup for need-by-date
       Attribute  ---------------->  Need-By-Date
       Measure  ---------------->  Days
       Maximum Increment ----> 1000000000
       Maximum Decrement ---> 1000000000
