On : 12.1.3 version, Element Types, Links, Entries

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Element 'XX Allowance' is not showing when queried (Ctrl+F11) in Element Description whereas the element exists in Element Entries with same name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Element should be seen in Element Description.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Total Compensation > Basic > Element Description
2. Query 'XX Allowance'
3. No data displayed
