Symptoms

After upgrading to 6.4.3, the 'Assign License Show Options' is not showing the correct number of licenses.

For a Line, multiple licenses can be applied.

For some of the licenses there might be an exception that the license is not required.

However, when clicking on 'Assign License Show options', all licenses appear when it should only be displaying a single license.
