Symptoms

When attempting to start the Job or Resource Workbench post 12.2.9 upgrade, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to start the workbench .. 0%

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Navigation: Discrete -> Job Workbench.
3. The form would not open due to the above error.
