ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is facing issues with SEZ transactions in GSTR-1 report.
Export transactions and transactions where the customer has both a SEZ as well as non SEZ site are not reflecting correctly in GSTR-1 report's respective sections.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data should reflect in correct GSTR-1 section.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run GSTR-1 report
2. Open the out file
3. Observe the data which is either missing or reported under a wrong section.
