Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Transaction Entry

After applying Enterprise Command Center V4 patches (ECC) started getting Order Import errors.

The 'Order Import Child Request (Order Import)' job now gives the following error:

Message :ORA-06550: line 1, column 8:
PLS-00201: identifier 'OE_2PC2_LINE_BILNGLN.IS_VALID' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 8:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored in Package Oe_PC_Constraints_Admin_Pvt Procedure Validate_Constraint : OE_2PC2_LINE_BILNGLN

31055963 ECC V4 : ECC CLIENT updated vor V4, see Bug 31055963 for details
30297256 SCM Consolidated Patch for ECC - V4
30346634 EBS ONLINE HELP FOR ENTERPRISE COMMAND CENTER V4 (SCM_PF) 12.2.9+

Main Patches:
24498252 12.2.x consolidation (Applicable all 12.2.X releases till 12.2.6)
26387819 ERROR WHEN PRINTING WORKORDER. YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED UNEXPECTED ERROR(1226 + only)
20926850 ASN issue after patching for ECC

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Order Import program
2. Review log for error
