Option to Access Quick Create or Standard SR Page from Create Service Request HTML Page (Doc ID 2694024.1)

Goal

In the Service Request form, the field Contract Number is available the SR header.
After creating a service request, navigating back to the HTML Contact Center, and opening the service request, the HTML page opens but the Contract Number is not visible in the headers section

An enhancement request was created for the requirement of showing the Contract Number in the HTML  Service Request page.
