On : 12.2.6 version, CAMPAIGN

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Fulfillment server not sending mass emails

Users are not able to send mass emails from fulfillment server. This was working before. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Fulfillment server should send mass emails


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Marketing resp->Campaigns
