Error When Selecting An Instance In Contact Center (Doc ID 2694485.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select an Instance & clicking on the Install Base tab in Contact Center, the following error is displayed.

Errors

You cannot select multiple instances for this action. Please select a single instance to proceed

 

Steps
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
Search for customer.
Navigate to install base tab and select install base.
Navigate to notes tab and create a note.

Using the flash light search for 2nd customer
Navigate to the Install Base tab and select the install base record
go to Action drop-down and select “Create Service Request” and click “Go”

Users are getting error above in the status bar
