Recurring Billing Fields not Displaying on the Order Lines (Doc ID 2694587.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting up for Recurring Billing functionality, the users are unable to display the Billing fields in the lines. When attempting to add these fields, the system says 'There are no additional fields to show for this region.' The actual functionality is working as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to see the fields from the order lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Order Organizer
3. Query for a sales order that has Recurring Billing
4. Navigate to Lines tab and try to see the additional fields
5. Nothing is displayed
