This one-hour advisor webcast is recommended for both functional and technical users who may encounter or debug certain messages returned by ATP. This session includes an understanding of the different types of ATP messages, categorizing them accordingly (such as FYI, warning, error due to setup/process issue, or error due to code bug), checking application setups in order to understand certain FYI messages and warnings, and fixing application setups/processes to resolve certain errors. It will include technical troubleshooting tips, on how to debug ATP errors, and how to use the appropriate diagnostics to generate debug outputs that may be requested by Oracle Support.
