Symptoms

After entering data in the FA_DEPRN_OVERRIDE table, the depreciation amount from a
depreciation run is not always equal to the value populated in the FA_DEPRN_OVERRIDE table.

When there is a:
- change in current cost (adjustment)
- change in salvage value (adjustment)
- revaluation
in the period of depreciation, then the FA_DEPRN_OVERRIDE value seems not to be picked up in the depreciation run.
