Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, APS Collections

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running Collections with Sales Orders = No (not collecting sales orders), no recipes, routings, process effectivities, batches, etc. are collected. When making no other change except setting Sales Orders = Yes, the recipes and process effectivities are collected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the setting of whether or not to collect Sales Orders to not have any effect on the collection of routings, recipes, etc.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Data Collection with Sales Orders field set to No.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use ASCP unless they collect sales orders.
