
Applied Receipts Register Ends With No Data Found

Symptoms
The Applied Receipts Register can be run with the same exact parameters multiple times in a row and get different results each time.
Some times it will correctly run and generate an output file and other times it will return *** No Data Found ***.
There are no errors in the logfile when no data is found.
