Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Performance

Facing performance issues with Mobile Field Service - Sync Details page.
When clicking on Sync Details page, it is loading for more than 10 minutes and then its erroring out with:

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Mobile Field Service Administrator responsibility.
2. Open Sync Details page.
