PunchOut Shopping Cart Not Transferred To EBS Encountering "Please wait..." (Doc ID 2695305.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

Punchout shopping cart contents not transferred to Oracle EBS upon return to iProcurement

Currently there is an issue with a supplier hosted punchout (Native Oracle XML) for a specific supplier

In Oracle EBS 12.1.3 all shopping carts with one or more lines, are accepted by iProcurement.

In upgraded system of EBS 12.2.9, the callback is stuck in the browser and shows the below message
 
ERROR

 “Please wait …”

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Punchout with more thn one item/line in shopping cart
2. The message given is "Please wait..."
