Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, EB Tax


Isupplier portal is not calculating taxes.
Same supplier can calculated taxes on Invoice workbench.

You can reproduce the issue with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Portal > Create Invoices > Enter the PO number
2. Select the line to invoice
3. Under the charge type there is an option to select 'FREIGHT' and 'MISCELLANEOUS, but no 'TAX'
