On : 12.1.3 version, GST Payables

Unable to confirm BOE due to below error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Oracle Financials for India >> Transactions >> Enter Bill of Entry
2. Enter all the details in BOE and click on 'Confirm' button.
3. Observe the error message.
