Unable to enroll Employee in Savings Plan Enrollment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Where trying to enroll one employee in Saving plan, the data is not coming and the system hangs.
Should be able to enroll the employee in Saving plan
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.US HRMS Manager> Benefits Service Center>
2.Date Track to July 1, 2020
4.Drop down on ‘Desktop Activities’ to Savings Plan Enrollment
5.Press ‘Continue’ for the unrestricted
6.No data is ever retrieved, system hangs up.
This does not happen for all employees, it is isolated.
