Some OLM Classes Does Not Work/play When Accessed Over WebVPN. (Doc ID 2696344.1)

Symptoms


Some OLM classes do not play when accessed via our WebVPN.

Upon using F12 (developer mode) in the browser we come across below error:



ERROR
-----------------------
'Failed to load resource: ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING' for main.bundle.js.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learner Self Service
2.Play content
3. Error is notice.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users connecting over VPN are unable to connect to the OLM player.
