MX CFDI Payroll Payslip XML Extract Error on Validation Rule NOM177 For Terminated Employees (Doc ID 2696678.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On : 12.1.3 version, MX Payroll - RUP 12

Mexico - Terminated employees that are being paid Severance and/or Legal Settlement (CFDI Code 023) are generating TipoContrato="01" TipoJornada="04" TipoRegimen="13" code in CFDI
This is causing CFDI's to error when processed through stamping with error: NOM177 which says

"If the attribute ContractType has a key between the values ​​01 and 08 of the catalog c_TypeContract then the attribute Nomina.Receptor.TipoRegimen must be 02, 03 or 04".




Steps To Reproduce:

This issue can be reproduced as follows:

1 Mexico HRMS Manager responsibility
2 Terminate employee & add non-reccuring Severance element
3 Run QuickPay and other payroll processes including Payroll Archiver.
4 Run CFDI process
