On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System shows loading icon after clicking on View Cart and Checkout button


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should get checkout page after clicking on view cart and checkout button


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement 
2. Add items to cart
3. View cart and checkout
4. System shows the loading icon and does not move to checkout page
