Parts Requirement Not Visible In The Task Parts Requirement Screen If The ISO Is Closed (Doc ID 2696846.1)

Symptoms

When a parts requirement is created using a Third Party address, once the requirement is created the requirement will no longer be visible from the Task > Parts link.
