EBS Domain Not Changed From EBS_domain_SID To EBS_domain After Applying AD/TXK Patches (Doc ID 2696994.1)

Symptoms

After applying the AD/TXK Delta patch, EBS Domain was not changed.
EBS_DOMAIN_HOME did not change in Run file system(supposed to change from EBS_Domain_<SID> to EBS_Domain without SID).

Example:
$ echo $EBS_DOMAIN_HOME
/u01/app/<context_name>/fs2/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain_<SID>
While the domain name should be "EBS_domain"
