Symptoms
Create a custom style sheet called XXX.css.
Updated the template STORE_STYLE_SHEET in the Merchant UI by choosing Template Manager
Bounce Apache
Load iStore specialty store and the style sheet appears correctly.
Next modify the style sheet XXX.css and save the changes.
Clear _pages directory for IBE and JTF
Bounce Apache
Load iStore specialty store and the original style sheet still appears. The changes made to file XXX.css do not appear.
