Patch 28840850 failed with error during application.
This is a upgrade patch to R12.2.9 environment.
Steps for upgrade are followed as per km note id 2495027.1

Though object jlzzmigawtdist.sql belongs to Financials for the Americas product, customer is using only Financials for India product.

Expected Behavior

As this being an upgrade activity to R12.2.9, expects that the upgrade patch to be applied successfully.
Moreover as Oracle Financials for the Americas product isn't used wanted to know how to proceed successfully with patching.
