ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to add Notification template in auto processing rule creation, the page stuck and not able to proceed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should able to add the Notification template when creating auto processing rule
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply HR CPU April 2020 Release.
2. Navigate to (R) Email center administrator > Email center administration > Administration > Rules library
3. Add new rule type in Auto Processing.
4. Search for Notification template and Try to add template.
5. Click on Apply.
The page hangs/stuck and no progress.
