Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition Creation
When attempting to add an item to the shopping cart with a negative number in the quantity field, the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement and search for a particular item
2. Change the quantity from 1 to -1.
2. Add the item to the shopping cart.
