Symptoms

When accessing core Applications (Forms), you get error FRM-92050 when selecting a Forms responsibility

In Forms Server log file look for "Open wallet failed" error message.

In Jinitiator console, you see this error:

SSL Handshake failed:
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: SSLConnectionClosedGraceful

Changes
