Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to update Credit Card Information using Process Order Web Service

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to update the existing Sales Order with the new Credit Card information using the same process.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
When a new order is created in EBS using Order Creation Web Service (Process order API in OE_INBOUND_INT package), the order is getting created successfully.
When a new credit card is added to this order, the changes are not reflected.
