IB Mass Update - Unable To Use Owner Account Number Information Advanced Search (Doc ID 2698573.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Mass Update

When attempting to add Owner Account Number as another Search Criteria
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Batch Type Transfer Ownership Cannot have a owner as Search Criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Install Base Super User
2. Navigate to Mass Update
3. Change Create Batch from “Web ADI” to “Transfer Owner”
4. Enter a unique batch name and party name/account number for current owner
5. Click [Add]
6. Click Advanced Search
7. Go to Add Another and attempt to add Owner Account Number

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use Mass Update functionality properly
