Goal

Can a user who created the Service Contract via Installed Base have Modify access to the created Service Contract ?

All other users should have only read-only access. The creator can use the Security tab on the contract for the group of users who shall have Modify access to the contract while others will have only read-only access. The creator of the contract shall be always Modify level of access.
