The Credit Memo of Export RMA Orders are not Generating the Accounting Entries. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Export RMA's Credit Memo should Generate the Accounting Entries. 

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create the Sales Order with RCM Taxes.
2. Perform the shipment.
3. Review the Accounting Entries.
4. Create the RMA with the same RCM Taxes.
5. Perform the Receiving.
6. Review the Credit memo Accounting Entries are not Generated.
