Symptoms
Problem Statement:
After database upgrade to 19C, after running RTI EPS XML Output concurrent program to produce the XML output file for transmission to HMRC, the following error is displayed in the process log:
....
ORA-20001: Errors found while generating xml.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'RTI- Employer Payment Summary Output 2023/24 - XML Output' concurrent program.
3. Check process log and observe above error.
