Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Auction/RFx creation

Additional column "Weight" is Needed in Sourcing Negotiation (RFQ) in Requirement section to export the Template.xlsx

In Requirements section of Create RFQ "Actions Drop down" - Requirements: Import Spreadsheet needs to be exported and import via Excel Template 

User can put weight in spreadsheet and then import it which publishes weight in each parameter automatically.
