ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Approve Rent Increase Terms completes with error for lease have more than one Rent Increase.

Unable to approve rent increase ends in Error:

ORACLE error 1422 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-1422:exact fetch returns more than

requested number of rows

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Rent Approve should complete successfully without error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with PN Responsibility

2. Create a lease with Rent Increase agreement.

3. Amend a rent increase agreement with new rent increase and finalized it.
