Instance Hangs on accessing ChRM Offer Checkbook page

Performance issue with ChRM Offers page
We are still having issues with ChRM Offer Pages

This issue happens for ALL Offers irrespective of the type of offer or amount accrued.


Failure of Web Server Bridge

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ChRM responsibility
2. Offer screen
3. Checkbook Tab
4. Click on Earned/Utilized Amount
No response from the system. After a long wait getting "Failure of Web Server Bridge"
