Symptoms

When attempting to create 'ROU' only One -Time term for a lease
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lease Workbench

2. Query the lease

3. Navigate to the Payments tab

4. Create a ROU only one time term


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the one time ROU only term for the lease
